I started with spectras, flex, events, and grillz. I sold the pair of grillz I had and after trying the new Sly, and dye I4's, I bought another grillz. I like the grillz the best for a a few reasons. The look of this mask is awesome, not bulky, comfortable, and I don't have fogging issues. I guess this depends on where you live. I use anti fogging juice regularly anyway as a cleaning solvent and can't say my mask has ever fogged. The lens is easily removed and you can mount a camera on this easily (with a simple mod). Overall, as a well paid adult playing since 1994, I chose to purchase this mask for the second time. There will always be haters no matter how good the product is though, and some will always try and justify what they personally own. Everyone was excited when the Ions came out till something else at the same price point came out!

I've been using mine for about 10 days of play now, and my lens is starting to flake. I guess I could live with buying a new lens each year though. I really like everything else about the mask.

Its the clear lens that came with it. Its like the surface layer of the lens is peeling. It makes the lens cloudy with a rough texture.

Try hot water and a mild soap and scrub with a toothbrush. That should clear it up

Thanks for the tip. As far as fogging goes... I use these things called sea drops I picked up from the scuba shop. Never had issues with fogging since.

I've had my white grillz since they came out and the only problem I've ever had is the lens. If you don't keep it clean then it gets kinda hard to see out of. The inner surface is like an oil magnet. It's never once fogged on me though. Seriously aside from the lens getting dirty I've never had a single gripe about it. I'll probably have it as my main until it disintegrates.
