Greetings, I am considering purchasing the Deadly Wind Fibur barrel. Has anyone used these? How well do the freak inserts work with this system? I am thinking of using it on my custom pnemag project marker. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Medic |

| Active Member | they are really nice. I used one on my cousins shocker and it shot really straight, was very light and you cant match paint really good with the inserts and yet you can use a carbon fiber barrel at the same time. No doubt one of the best barrels on the market |

I love the barrel, the Freak inserts slide in fiarly easily, but they're nicely centered. There's one o-ring in the insert-area. I noticed a significant performance increase on my GZ Intimidator when switching from a 12" Freak barrel with all-American front to the 14" Fibur barrel. All other things being equal, accuracy improved noticeably. Good luck, it's $90 wel-spent! Here's another shot on my new Excal: ![]()
