Nice! You know I regret getting rid of that Tac-One. You are right, they are super fun to play with.

I recently purchased Ninja SHP. Absolutely beautiful craftmanship. However, I am getting on average 1250-1350 PSI output (I am assuming SHP's nominal operating pressure is 1200psi). I would have returned it but my marker appears to like it. I've been testing it for the past 3 months and had no malfunction.

Bad gauge possiblly. Try another gauge or a more accurate gauge.

I got a logo'ed one from TOTShadow. Here's his second sale that went on. Ninja SHP/AGD Logo Reg (2nd Order) With a worn in ULT and the shims removed for 950 psi, I run 14 bps when I look for it. I'm in the process of converting over my old maxflo inline / remote mag to direct mount for this one too. *** Mine (and my gauge) ran according to Ninja specs. Came as 1150 psi, ran at 950 psi with the shims removed.

I have two of them. A key difference between the SHP and standard regs is that the SHP uses a bellville spring stack. I don't recall seeing 11 shims in mine but, I can't recall for sure.

VR, you weren't counting belleville spring washers were you? I'm pretty sure they use test gauges (much better resolution) to set the pressure, so I would suspect marker micro gauges first with a factory fresh SHP.
