I think it would be cool if everyone contributed to this thread in the same format that lechooch used.

Ken should consider making a short run of those. I can't think of a better time than now for them.
I think there may be a total of eight, maybe ten in existence, and they are phenomenal sc guns.

THE-SHOOTIST Anyone chubbin' like me for this?
mailmanmike Since Monday! That's more than 4 hours though, so according to those cialis ads I should see my doctor.
tlane77 I think for a non-chemical chubby it's 6 hours before its time to see a doctor. So you should be good for another couple hours.
splattttttt I wasn't goin to google "chubbin" because I assumed it had to do with fat. The lard type, not the fun stuff. But what ever feelings Jeff's experiencing, then they must be of the fun like stuff...
tlane77 He's got a woody for your woods.

rocking - I remember that cover =)

On the left crouching is Stuart Leong, John is standing on the right.

Stu used that marker you see almost exclusively while John would rotate between a few.

Jason typically worked the storefront (Combat Simulations) Brent and Kelvin mostly showed for practice and game day but I didnt see them too much otherwise. Mario was arguably the youngest member active. Few more of the guys from HPD also but names are eluding my poor noggin at the moment.

some of the big teams back then

Combat Crew, Team Ronin, The Blitztoons, Tropical Lightning, Kahekili.

Main fields back then - Kualoa Ranch, TAG Waimanalo, few scattered private/renegade fields the Turtle Bay field had just opened up a little bit before I moved.

I still remember the pain of $150 for a case of paint (grant it was 2500 balls instead of 2000 back then) and how much it cost to feed an autococker back in the day =P

good times for sure....

/salute

good idea lechooch.
i'd like to add some differences in fit and finish to this w/ a couple markers ive had.
the redux i thought was about perfect, everything lined up nice. i didnt notice machining marks, no binding. easy to reassemble w/ out leaks or ballfead misalignment.
ive had 3 carters that i was completely unimpressed w/
the first was a buzzard. the feed tube was set back about .010 of an inch making the ball feed sort of off. and it was a bugger to put back together and have the trigger reliably trip the sear.
one boxgun the top psrt of the slide was sticking out about a tenth of an inch from the screw hole being drilled wrong. also a big gap between the snub and valve.
2nd box worked nice and smooth but on the inside of the body there were deep machining marks.
for what those guns cost they should be perfect.

BR, I agree with what you said about Carters. Let me add to that. Earon makes most parts in batches now. Especially since he does all this by hand in his garage. It's more efficient that way. Watching him work is amazing, but I do agree with sometimes things slip out.

I'll admit I'm a fanboy, not because I know Earon, but because I love his guns and they are what Lechooch said WORKHORSES.

I will add I have never had a carter without some minor thing that sets my OCD off like everytime I see the gun, that's why I love mine though, they are like snow flakes unique in every way.

I totally agree, but certain things will also make you sell them. That is the mystique about Carter's.

PITAson loves the BG I got from Woorpt. This makes me very happy.
I contacted IDFKA who's the person that requested the build.
I couldn't believe how much he paid for it.
