Lurker Eigenbarrel review

I have a .684 and think it's phenominal. For what you spend I really don't thing you can go wrong. I now need to pick up another one for my NXT.

I have been using my Eigenbarrel for just over a year. I had always been a huge fan of overboring, but this barrel sold me on the advantages of underboring.

Paint in my area has been getting larger so I've been getting quite a bit of breaks in my barrel lately, but whenever I get a small batch I run this barrel. It's super lightweight, accurate, and machined super well. Great review!

Normally I am not a "fanboy" of the companies that manufucture tubes we launch paintballs through (barrel to everyone else)... But... I traded for one of the .678 barrels and I must admit it is quiter and more gas efficent than most of the other barrels I own. Even when compared to a 678 insert in a Freak, it is a better system. Plus the pricing is very reasonable.

All in all, a very good product. I would recommend it.

I run the .678 and .684 exclusively on all my guns. Sold the Freak long ago and haven't looked back. Quick to shoot through a break, easy to clean, and nice 1 piece design. For $40 a barrel, the only competition might be a CP 1 piece, but those only got to .685 in a similar price range.

I have both bores (and an Eigenbolt as well), great barrels.

One point: Paint is getting REALLY small. I just went and did a blow test with some Empire Heat paint through the .678, and I had balls rolling through.

I was deciding between the CP .685 and the Lurker .684. I prefer the CP in terms of fit and finish, but I prefer the eigenbarrel in terms of performance.

I'm planning on making a vid review, too, in the future. As it is, only used the barrel 2 days so far, so needs more field use for a thorough test.

Very nice, the Eigenbarrel deserves a review/praise thread. So far i'm loving mine.
