You know Lurker makes Eigens in Impulse threads, right? I hate adding "steps" to any barrel, and since the internal bore of Lapco's adapter is probably larger than .678, you're asking for trouble going from big bore to small bore like that. Eigenbarrels are cheap enough where I think it's justified to get another one if you want one to run on a 'Cocker, too.

The ion/impulse/Luxe thread eigenbarrels are no longer manufactured. I have a cocker threaded Empire revolver kit with bores that are slightly larger than is usable for pump but would be perfect for a semi start at 684 and go all the way 696. so I'm thinking adapter + back running a 686 insert + front

You need to remove the plastic body to access them.

Oh really? I didn't know he stopped making them, I just snagged one a few months back. Does this mean I can go on PBN and sell it for 4 times the original price because it's super rare and out of production?

Ok, so I have done about everything possible to get the fitting out of the reg! The flats are now rounded off and I am kinda stuck! I am boiling the fitting as we speak and will try vice grips next I guess! Any ideas? This is getting ridiculous!

Edit: Got it... 15 min in a pot of boiling water and vice grips did the trick! Merry Christmas!
