I have one coming to me so I'll test it out and report my findings.

My findings were that I lost 15-20 FPS after changing bolts.

With the Trinity bolt? Or the Redz bolt?

Got my Redz bolt today. I must have looked at the wrong cell or crossed numbers because I swore that I read the ZDSPB chart that the stock bolt was 32.9g (which is what the chart says) but that the Redz bolt was 31.5g, instead of the 21.5g that the chart lists. I don't have a scale that reads that low, but I think I know where to find one. In the mean time I will measure and see where I can take some meat off, open up the transfer ports, and not break through. I should have bought a second one.

For now, off for some FPS measurements.

EDIT: I'm Back.

Paint: 3 month old Draxxus Midnight ($35 rec paint)
Chrono: Yellow Radarchron
Barrel: .682 Freak

There is a slight loss. Even if you take out the high/low flyers you still end up with:
stock: 271.5
Redz: 266.8

That's a little tighter, but the Redz STILL is lower. The doughnut seemed to move more freely on the stock bolt, but it's also got about 500 balls through it. Yeah, I know not much.

EDIT2:
Dug into the tail 1.75" with a 1/8" drill on my lathe. This stops you just before the radius leading into the exchange grooves, a good visual restriction for later when I work on the birdcage.

Volume drilled out: .021484 cu in.
Density of aluminum: .098 lb/cu in
Weight lost: .002105432 lb
In grams: .955g
New theoretical mass: 20.545g

EDIT3: Aaaaaaaand, I ruined the bolt. Was milling out the ports from the inside, completely blind, and the aluminum grabbed the mill and took it for a ride, right out the side. Might order another one and do the ports manually with a dremel taking much better note of where things are and how much is getting removed.

The Trinity bolt does work in the eNMEy. I'll do some testing when I have the time.

I received my "Trinity" bolt in the mail. Mine does not look like Crimson Death's though. His is hollow in the birdcage and mine is solid like the Redz bolt. My numbers are similar to desertT1, only a little worse. I shot each bolt 8 times. All I changed was the bolt. Every other variable was the exact same. I had over 3000 psi for the entire test.

Trinity: 268.25

a loss of 19.25

I also noticed there appears to be a loss of shot to shot consistency.
With the stock bolt the difference with the highest to lowest 11fps. With the "Trinity" bolt the loss was 19fps.

Actually the less between the stock and trinity is 19.25 instead of 9.25
