I don't think there's anything to resolve really? I was just adding a comment of how they worked for me. And yes I realize you're a small company doing the best you can.

Some people need to remove their visor, if they are wearing one. Both fans should be blowing into the lens area.

There has been one or two people that I have heard from, that had issues. As they are heavy mouth breathers.

Thank you for your honest input.

I agree! GREAT customer service. They have been able to provide literal transcontinental service with them in in Canada and I am literally at the southernmost tip of Texas. They worked to resolve any issues that popped up more than 3 years ago with some of my first pairs of fans. I really like these newest iterations - much more robust!

I agree with the excellent customer service!

I went up to them at Living Legends 5 or 6 (I can't remember which) to buy another DF25 (the solder joint in my wire length failed) and they simply replaced it, no questions asked.

They could use a bit better media publishing though- I just now found their overview videos on the FlexR- not even mentioned on the EZCreation website. That being said, I understand their choice of switch placement.

I bought one and was amazed at it's performance. I find the switches to be inconvenient and with they were "stalks" like matches, instead of sharp little nubs.

Performance wise - awesome.

This may be a dumb question, but do you get any breeze or cooling of the face with this system?

Maybe very slightly on the max setting but, I wouldn't expect any significant cooling.
