please show us how you mounted them or cut them to fit as well. was going to get i3 ears for my proflex but i like the eflex ears more

I solved the flimsy ear protection issue by going to the local craft store, and buying a sheet of 10mm thick black craft foam. It's the same stuff as the original ears, just twice as thick. Used the original ear for a template, cut it with a X-acto knife, did a little hole punching with a leather punch so it removed the center of the holes, and put it on like the old ears. I can hear, and they are comfortable, and an ear shot is a minor annoyance. The fact that I spent about 3 bucks and an hour on the whole project didn't hurt either...

Here is the full mask. I'm using E-flex bottoms because I can.

Here is how the ears attach to the frames. I used the bottom hole right below the hole you would normally use for the stock ears. These are actually E-vent ears.

By 2012 we thought we would have flying cars, all we have is blankets with sleeves.
