Valken V-Tac Stock Class Panel: Approved.

So I saw that these were super cheap, like $11 cheap, so I grabbed one, and I really like it.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UWap1Ti5Ye8

Pros
-Versatile. Has straps for MOLLE and loops for a belt up to 2" wide.
-High capacity. Up to nine tubes/12ies.
-Seems solid. Has a semi-rigid backing, so it isn't just a piece of fabric with loops.
-Color options. Available in black, tiger stripe, woodland digi, acu, woodland, and V-Cam (Valken's [quite good] multicam knockoff).
-Price. $10-$12, maybe $14. Great value.

Cons
-Loops are a bit tight at first. I bet the loosen up with time, but on the flipside, need to be a bit tighter for 12ies than tubes.
-Wide. Take up a lot of room on a MOLLE rig, two rows by seven columns, which is slightly less than optimally efficient. WTF stock class panels are two columns for every three loops (the nine tube covers six columns, six covers four, and the three tube panel just two columns). The spacing of the straps for attachment on these, one dead center and one slightly inside each edge, instead of at each edge and slightly off center in the middle, means the overhang on each side means an extra column is covered, which is a somewhat less efficient use of space.

Overall, I think this is a pretty well designed piece of stock class gear. It's not perfect, but for the price, hard to beat. You can get two for about $25, throw them on whatever belt you're wearing that day, and not need another stock class rig, at all. Depending on how this works out after a few uses, I might grab a 2nd (or 3rd).

I would suggest hand washing these. I put them in the washer and they got beat up.
