Thumbs up Allen Super Dominator Marker Case

This is my first review so it might get off track, but this is worth spreading the news about this marker case.

Background:

I have owned this case for a couple years and I purchased it at Sportsmans Warehouse for 30-35 dollars I believe. On Saturday December 15th I was on my way to my friend Dons' house on my motorcycle with all of my paint ball stuff with me like I have done 100's of times in the past. My Black Magic pump was strapped on the back in its case (the one being reviewed) along with all of its associated stuff, and at about 60-65 mph somehow it came off of the back of the bike and took a trip to the asphalt. After about a mile down the road I noticed it was missing, so I then turned around and proceeded to destroy every posted speed limit I could find. When I got to the spot where it fell off the bike there was a guy putting up yard sale signs waving at me because he drug it off of the road so it wouldnt get hit by any cars (I have now named him the coolest person that ever lived). When I got it the case was completely destroyed - zippers destroyed, extreme abrasion from sliding and tumbling down the street BUT the marker, both hoppers, and the freak inserts were completely unharmed in anyway except for a mark on the feedneck collar where it bounced on it.

(pics of marker below and Don said he will try to post pics of the case after he gets it out of the trash).

Pros:

29 dollars
removable hopper pouch
LOTS of padding
internal enclosures for barrels and stuff

Cons:
A bit bulky at times
fobs on the zippers failed after about a year (but were replaced w/ zip ties and worked fine)
if it gets wet it takes forever to dry

My thoughts:

This was the best damn thing I have ever bought for 29 dollars it saved me in ways I cant even begin to describe.

Link to a store selling it - I am in no way endorsing the store, it was just the first one I found selling it.

Pics - I tried to get some close ups of damage but the camera wasnt feeling to happy about it, hopefully you will get the idea, and it hasnt been cleaned yet from being used.

MARKER

damage is only on the feed neck collar (stock WGP feed neck) and not on the "fingers"

When Shawn called me Saturday morning & said he was going to be "Delayed" My thoughts jumped to something had happened. Snowbirds (Q-Tips) are back in town & he was on his bike & hey, you never know. When he told me he lost the BM off his bike I was immediately relieved that he was OK but how did the marker fare. When he got to the house he told me the story about how it fell off, him driving "Under" the speed limit, Santa giving him a present or something like that. I was impressed to say the least. Almost no damage to the marker (Raises eyes to Heaven & mutters a silent Thank You) The Case didn't fare as well but still did it's job & protected the contents. What could've been tragic turned out to be a Great Day-O-Paintball. Oh & Shawn's in the market for a new case, this ones back in the trash.

Looks like the case still has some service life left in it to me.

Just be sure you strap down better next time.

Of course if you are local there is always delivery by trebuchet. However, either method of delivery requires wrapping in a plastic bag to prevent leakage of urine.<from pickle>

The case wasn't to bad but the zippers were toast. I'm still amazed it didn't spew cocker all over DaRoad.

You forgot to mention the tank is still intact! Even if the regulator just broke off that would've caused quite a scene and definitely scared some old ladies driving to the mall!

But really, I'm glad everything is fine and all that was lost was a case and a few shavings from your feedneck (I bet that threw off some sparks, sweet..). Although I don't have a marker case or bag, I'll consider the Super Dominator if I do look into one. I mean, the proof is really in the pictures.

Just to be safe a re-hydro may not hurt. But glad for the most part everything is alright.

So this was like the old Samsonite commercial, instead of handing the luggage to a gorilla, you just skipped down the road.
