Wow - this is the first time I have heard a story with CCM that talked of poor customer service. I hope Mel or Bill see this one. They have been tops for me.

CCM does have top notch customer service. Call them if needed.

My cam would float out of the frame hole too. I had to put a small clear o-ring between the screw and lever to alleviate this. 006 I think.

If you have a CCM frame - check out the manual I wrote on Pumpenstein: 2006 NSA National Champions for the Series 5 and 6. It speaks of setting the undertravel screw properly to alleviate this problem.

I'm a fan of the 45 grip frame and found I didn't have a choice of frame or finish. I would have proffered a matte black to the gloss finish offered. Once installed I found that due to slop in the assembly to the auto trigger arm to the pump arm mounting screw allowed the cam to float out of position. This let the auto trigger assembly to come out of the grip frame enough to bind the trigger. Very disappointing considering the amount of money I payed for this kit. Not to mention there was no instructions included in packaging. I sent an email to hopefully address this situation and never received a response. I still kept the kit and fixed the flaws on my own. The hype of this kit, I feel didn't hold up to the quality and support I expected for the price.
Sometimes I find it a little unbelievable when i see things like this. I guess it could happen, but I have yet to in person find anybody that has had a bad experience with their customer service.

Anyway if you had an issue, you should have just made a phone call. Rod could more than likely had you squared away in a couple of minutes
