Is there anything bad to say about any of your reviews TF? Very informative and thorough yet again. And the 45 frame looks good as well.

It seems that CCM caters to proffered customers. I ordered a kit from their online store a few months ago. I was directed to their Ebay store front which had limited choices. I'm a fan of the 45 grip frame and found I didn't have a choice of frame or finish. I would have proffered a matte black to the gloss finish offered. Once installed I found that due to slop in the assembly to the auto trigger arm to the pump arm mounting screw allowed the cam to float out of position. This let the auto trigger assembly to come out of the grip frame enough to bind the trigger. Very disappointing considering the amount of money I payed for this kit. Not to mention there was no instructions included in packaging. I sent an email to hopefully address this situation and never received a response. I still kept the kit and fixed the flaws on my own. The hype of this kit, I feel didn't hold up to the quality and support I expected for the price.

Thats very odd, I have found CCM to go WAY OUT ON A LIMB for customer satisfaction. Within the PB world have found them to be tops in customer service & product quality.

First of all, why didn't you call them? I'm sure Mel would have helped you with getting a dust black frame. And if you had problems I am positive they would have helped address it.
