VL Force loader

I just picked up one of these 30 dollar hoppers at wal-mart today. It's kind of a goofy looking hopper, but it doesn't deceive you of it's lineage. These hoppers are the bastard child of the Revlution and Vlocity loaders. I've only done drop tests thus far, and it's emptying a 140 round pod in about 8 seconds on average, translating to 17.5 bps. The hopper itself doesn't weigh too much more than a standard revvy, has no battery doors (battery changes require you to remove 3 screws, kinda tricky because the front screw doesn't like coming out.) and is constant on. For a constant-on hopper it's not all that loud. My revvy's louder. I'm gonna give it some practice drills on my fusion tomorrow to see how it feels. So far I say grab one if you need a backup hopper.

Yeah I recieved the slight upgrade to that one the "EyeForce" for christmas. I used it at game on Dec 29th and it jamed on on me after about 40-50 shots, couldn't get it to unjam. But when I took it off the marker and held it over the paint bag to empty it, it ran fine, just weird haven't had time to figure out what happened.

Nah feed neck was empty, I looked for that. All I can figure was there was an oddball in there that got stuck and wouldn't come loose till it got jostled better.

One of the things I just noticed is inside the feedneck for the hopper itself there are a couple ridges, maybe your clamping feedneck was on too tight and those ridges stopped the paintballs from falling into the breech? If that was it, I may wind up taking some sandpaper to smooth it out.

well it was one of those plastic VLbows from back when, but I'll remember that when I look at it next.

Update, I still haven't done an on gun test but I took a closer look at the circuit board. For you mag guys who have an intelliframe, this thing looks like it couldn't be simpler to intellifeed. Just find the + and - leads on the main switch, tap into them, and run the wire down to the switch like with a normal revvy, and you now have an intellifed force-feed loader for your mag for not much more than thirty bucks. I'm currently trying to find a way to rig up a paddle system like on the old ricochet hoppers to make this work for my fusion. I just don't know how strong the feedneck would be with a cut or hole drilled in it.

Finally got the on-gun test, full auto on my fusion at 25 bps with the eyes on I emptied 180 rounds in ten seconds.

Eyes off I emptied the hopper with the same load as fast as I could and only got one chop on true semiauto. I didn't keep track of the time.

Obviously I don't have the equipment to give you a precise BPS count, but if you need a cheap backup hopper, this one's the way to go.
