Ty McNeer's Brass Barrel Stock.

Ty asked me to post post a review of the brass barrel stock he is selling, so here it is.

I purchased some barrel Stock from Ty for a rebarrel project. He ships quickly when he say he will, and packs it well in carboard tubes to avoid the gorrilias a the USPS damaging it. The barrels stock is a little tighter than the standard .689. I'm guessing the stuff I got was .685 to .686 as I am getting a good paint to barrel match with some paintballs in that range. I did not measure the barrel stock itself, I sized some paintballs with some freak inserts and tried them on for size. I am extremely happy with the tight bore of this brass. I would buy from him again.

Sounds like a great place to pick up some new stock to get a tighter bore for the ever shrinking paintball size.

Freak bores are well known for being off in size (My .689" is .690" in reality!). The barrel tubing a true .689".

I also got some tubing from Ty. Great stuff. Better then what Sheridan used IMO.

May I ask what you use it for? Do you put threads on it for use on other markers, or use it exclusively to repair old Sheridan pieces?
