Question on the pump arm not bing long enough.. did you try it without the spring return spring?

Just curious, not out of experience.

I have to agree with someone else on not screwing the pump rod completely into the pump handle.... there is a balance. I initially had the same problem and backed it out of the handle a ways... basically it doesn't need to be even halfway threaded into the handle.

Hopefully that's just the case.
