| I've used one for a few games (tac8 that is), guess I can post some thoughts. The idea of paint and air in the magazine is pretty nifty, but it doesn't work out so well in practice. Mainly, because this means the magazine and consequently the grip frame has to be gigantic to fit everything in. That'd be fine and well, but the magazine release is located too far forward to be comfortable unless you have gigantic hands. I didn't care too much for the feel of the grip either, I found the raised lines on it a bit uncomfortable. Another draw back of putting paint and air together is the limited paint capacity. Yes, I realize it's a pistol and as such is limited by its very nature, but the 8 ball limit spins off into tubes as well, meaning you either have to cut them down or deal with them rattling on you. Dropping a magazine results in the dump chamber of the valve venting, meaning you get a tell tale PSHHHH and you lose at least one shot's worth of CO2 from the 12 gram every time you reload. It's also a bit buggersome that you need an allen key to change air. There's also the fact that you need one 12 gram per magazine, meaning that if you have three magazines, and only get to use them once, you've burned through three 12 grams when the gun could get that same 24 shots off of one 12 gram. The barrel seems decent enough, twist lock is a proven design and is pretty well executed on these. Though, I found the detentes a little too willing to come off. The trigger, however, has no real feel to it at all, and the safety is a little cumbersome to work. But, it does shoot fairly well, and has a bit of a kick to it, which feels nice in the hand. All for all, it's a neat idea, but doesn't translate well into a marker. Now, if they had a pistol with magazine loaded paint, but air under the barrel like most blowback pistols, I'd be all over it. |

| I love them. Best semi paintball pistol ever. I've owned almost all of them. The AFT is a close second, the Sydarm third. Blow forward bolt, very efficient. I get three loads on one 12 gram. Getting the most from the pistol requires some practice and a little skill. |

Tac8 = Love (as long as you have extra mags). Accurate and efficient. Don't let the size get you down unless you have really tiny hands, it's not THAT bad. The mag release takes a bit of practice to get used to, since you have to twist the marker in your hand a little to get to it, but it's also not THAT bad. | |

| MCB Member | My hands are comfortable with eurogrips, if you are not familiar with those, my hands only cover 3/4 of a 45 grip, my hands don't even wrap around the whole gun. That's how small my hands are. But the pros outweigh the cons by far. It truly is the best semi pistol ever as long as you have enough magazines, three seems enough, bring another 10 round tube or so. Anymore ammo, you probably need to practice pistols or not use them. Mine was extra heavy since i got the top and bottom Picatinny from UMS on it. Still didn't bother me. The barrel is .689 with good detents, so rollouts were never an issue for me. The body design as stated, is similar to an Automag, nearly indestructible. It's a buy and never be hassled again gun. It won't give you problems as long as you give it rountine care. 4.5 out of 5, since my tiny hands were the only complaint. If I had bigger hands, it'd get a 5. |
