I dunno. It was a good movie. Some parts were a little too drawn out (the double ending wasn't my cup of tea), but overall it was quite good. Showed a younger bond who was less sure of himeself but still arrogant.

I understand the lack of "Q" or a replacement, but i thought leaving moneypenny out wasn't a good choice. I also missed the hot chicks dancing intro.

It was good to see that they stuck with the Aston as his car. Bond isn't bond if he isn't driving an aston (unless it's a lotus).

The studio spread rumors (I believe) that they Danial Craig is anti-gun, and so Bond wouldn't use them. The first car was also rumored to be the European Ford Escort. They had me pretty frustrated for a bit.

Havent had an "A" level movie for a while..

Im glad to hear of something good. I liked the last one and I like Pierce Brosman - but its not his fault they had that rediculous bad guy at the end scene on the airplane.

Really happy to hear this is worth seeing.

I loved it. That chase at the beginning was the best chase I've seen in a movie in quite some time. Loved the aston too. I'd have liked to see it play a bigger part in the movie though. And what a good choice for a bond girl. DROOL

The Parkour in the begining was downright amazing.

And the toture scene had most men screaming and laughing like little school girls in my theatre.

It was PACKED at the 6:30 feature Friday. There was like no open seats. Fullest theatre Ive ever been in...

Hi,

Elizabeth and I went to the movie tonight. Yes I know I am in Hawaii but we saw the local theater was playing the flick. First off, best Bond in a long time. Like since Roger Moore IMHO. I never cared for the Tim or Pierce. The ones Pierce did where a bit far fetched in the plot lines or scene selections. Now here is what I think of this.

My wife thought Daniel Craig is very cute. She thought they got a guy that is not too pretty but still manly. So for the ladies, the new Bond works. Elizabeth is a tough cookie when it comes to actors. The standard Bond girls are always hot. The intro is a break from the norm. I think the dancing ladies in the intros are jaded. The intro was unique and really fit the movie's title. The title song very nice. Got a good beat. The movie was well put together. I will concur with some lengthly parts.

Overall, the speed of the movie was very good and it runs along the same time frames of all Bond flicks. The ending is the best. I am not going to give it away but it gives the series additional life. It appears it allows the series to continue into another direction. It could be considered a "bridge building" Bond. I think the studio did a good job in testing the water with new Bond. They probably want to make sure Craig will be a good investment as the next Bond. They gave it something to make it feel like you want to come back to see the next one.

Two Thumbs up and I didn't want to say something about the plot. Go see the flick with the wife/girlfriend/(insert relationship here). It's good.

Later,
Alan

I liked it. A bit more poker than I care for, but that's what I get when it's called Casino Royale. Also, what's with the cell phones? I know, I know, modern age blah blah blah.

Chase scene rocked hard.
