Raza team jersey order

Lockdown had been threatening to look less like scrubs for a long time (don't worry, we still play like scrubs).

Originally we were going to have eye2eye.org produce our jerseys. They managed to repeatedly lose files that were sent, and never seemed to communicate with each other. This process went on for nearly 3 months.

Frustration led me to drop them and do business with Raza instead. Our first contact with them was 8-28, production started 9-5, and the finished jerseys were shipped 9-12-09.

The fabric reminds me of the older pro series JT jerseys. It is a lighter more "closed" weave than many recent jerseys. The quality rivals other custom jersey shops, such as Animal and CSW. The colors are bright and attractive. I am very happy with the end product.

I must mention that 1 mistake was made with sizing on 1 unit. We had a large jersey show up as a medium. EDIT-Jersey was the proper size, but the tag was wrong. Player was satisfied.

I will update this to reflect the service when dealing with mis-sized piece. I am pretty happy with the quality of service, product, and turnaround time.

9 out of 10. The wrong sized jersey stands in the way of a perfect 10. WITH THE FOLLOW UP AND IMMEDIATE FIX THIS IS WORTH A 10

I hope that is a good thing.

So, Raza made a follow up call before we had time to call them. The problem was addressed and if the player doesn't find the fit og the jersey acceptable it will be replaced.

I'm pleased.

3EV had the exact same issues with eye2eye, it was very very frustrating. product came out looking good, but by god was it rough.

your jerseys look nice, and it sounds like pretty decent customer service as well!

i've used raza multiple times for different teams. i was the main point of contact since i was doing the design work and things were as smooth and as professional as possible.

i've used most of the major vendors out there,
Animal-artwork requirements are ridiculous
CSG-too many friends have had bad experiences with them
eye2eye-sales rep and art department took days at a time to reply to emails until i cancelled the order which was responded to in less then half an hour
xternal paintball-constantly missed deadlines and required extensions, inconsistent colors between runs, hard to contact
Innersphere-good communication but constantly missed deadlines, constantly required extensions, inconsistent between runs, sizing problems, thin materials

Razalife- talk to Mike Breto, he handles the custom jerseys. great communication, pricing is excellent, colors are accurate, good material quality. its hard to fault them. most recently we placed an order of 25 jerseys and they were shipped within a week, they were shipped to hawaii within 2 weeks.
Something many people not notice, but its as simple as the small detail of having a jersey template that is actually symmetrical.
I'm a designer by profession and working with Raza was a welcome change from other "manufacturers."

small tip for those thinking about ordering, do as much work as possible on your end to avoid any confusion. I sent them files that all they needed to do was check the size and hit print. the less work raza has to do organizing your file and set up work, the cheaper and faster things will be for you. Set up only takes a few minutes to get your files set up properly, so do what you can on your end and it will make your life easy. Plus, the price is tough to beat, only Eye2eye can compete with Raza in terms of price

What kind of padding is offered for these jerseys? And how do the padded jerseys compare to other off the shelf tournament jerseys?

I have some friends looking into doing business with eye2eye but given the review of Raza here, I may try to suggest they look into it, to avoid possible headaches since they are just kids and I wouldn't want them to have to deal with stuff like that.
