Paint/Anno Removing - Sandblasting - Chemical Stripping

Starting up a new service, will take 3 "reviewers" who will just pay shipping for the service (Small Parts Please). Pm me to be one of them.

Reviewers:
1. Phosphor
2. OPEN
3. OPEN

I will typically do the part within 1-2 days of receiving it.

I do sandblasting, and chemical removal of paint and anno on metal parts. The part will have a slightly rough surface and a nice finish when done.

Pricing: These are not true prices, only estimates. Send me pictures of the item and I will give you a better quote.

Parts under 3 inches - $5.00 + Cost of Shipping

Parts 3-6 inches - $8.00 + Cost of Shipping

Parts 6-12 inches - $12.00 + Cost of Shipping

Parts over 12 inches - $17.00 + Cost of Shipping

Pictures of some work done today:

Any "divots" were not made by the process. They were there before the process and were somewhat deep.

Does the process provide the same finish for all parts? for example will a part with gloss anno, a part with dust anno, and a sanded raw part achieve the same look after the process?
Can you do barrels or other pieces with a smooth internal bore?
Will parts oxidize, lose their finish, or discolour? If so, how quickly?

Yes, I can make the parts have the same finish. I can do barrels, I just have to plug them up. Eventually, parts will oxidize, but I've had parts sitting raw for about a week and they still look the same. Haven't tested past that.

Thanks

Actual a no strip, then the part is sandblasted for the finish.

for the pieces you're looking for, what do you consider small??

I've got a few old style cp barrel backs and tips I've been looking to get anno'd and would love to give it a shot
