TECH-T Full Cyclone Upgrade Kit - I purchased this kit expecting to put a cyclone on my 98, but went the low pressure route instead. That being said, none of these parts have ever been installed or used, even though they are in some cases out of the original packaging. Includes Squishy Paddles, aluminum piston rod, Vortex mod, and QEPH. - $65 SHIPPED

I honestly dont know?

I never actually used it when it was mounted to the Pimp, I switched to the Machete because I like its lower profile better.

It doesnt have a vent hole that I can see, so I would assume not.
