The co2 plug threads are simply a matter of tapping them with a 13/16" 28tpi tap. The other stuff that goes into the valve tube I leave up to the folks that solder the tubes up. Maybe we can get lucky and Chplnstone, Stuffy or any of the brass mages will step in and help us out. Ty

It would be cool for maybe having the insides already cut and tapped and have a wide variety of sizes? Then the top tube milling and magazine tube stuff would be left to the buyer. I would definitely buy one of those and build my own sheridan as a fun project.

I offer machine services. The co2 plug tapping is $20. I can also machine the tubes for various markers, such as KP, and PGP2k. Every tube is custom cut to the customer's specifications, so you can get an exact fit. Ty

15 round stick feed... 15 * .70" = 10.5 inches minimum. I recommend about 11-12 inches to make sure you have enough. I do not have 90* fittings, and I am not sure if 90* 3/4" copper elbows will work. I suppose I should take a piece of feed tube to the hardware store and check it out. Ty

I looked up the specifications of 3/4" copper pipe. The inside dimension of a 90* elbow is 7/8" (.875"). The OD of the feed tube is 13/16" (.8125"). It will fit, but there will be tons of slop. You could use direct feed tube instead of feed tube. It is 7/8" (.875") OD, and the same ID as feed tube. Unfortunately, it is heavier and more expensive. I leave the decision to you. Ty
