Random Old barrels (J&J, Brass...etc)

Need to clean some stuff out. Mostly old J&J misc barrels. All of the J&Js are straight rifled. If nothing else, there are some nice tubes for projects or whatever.

1. 12" J&J barrel for ??. The masking tape appears to say "VM ?". (identification help appreciated) (SOLD)
2. See #1 (SOLD)
3. See #1 (SOLD)
4. Same as #1 but not plated.. just plain old brass. (SOLD)
5. *used* to be the same but I filed the threads off to use in some random pump that I don't own anymore. (maybe a SL68?). Honestly I can't remember. (SOLD)
6. 6" J&J Barrel. Used to be something else. Cut off and cleaned up. Was going to have it phantom threaded (should be enough meat on it) and add a sleeve but just never did. (SOLD)
7. ~ 8.5" Mr Twister Spyder barrel. Twist to open the porting. Note the cut off spider. I have no idea what that was about but that's how I got it. (SOLD)
8. ~11" Mr Twister Spyder barrel. (SOLD)
9. Can't remember what this was from. Pristine condition brass lined barrel. (identification help appreciated) (SOLD)
10. Tip of a stock spyder barrel. (free with another purchase)
11. Stingray 1 stock barrel. $5
12. Tigershark stock barrel. $5
13. Stingray 1 stock barrel. $5

Paypal preferred.

1, 2, and 3 are NOT VM barrels. The VM barrel has the threaded section at the very end of the barrel. Sorry that I can not ID them, but I can tell you they are not VM.

Hm... think that black one is a Sterling barrel? I've been looking for a few for cheap. I'll take it.
Doc Nickel has a barrel ID guide. Check it out. Doesn't look to be much help, actually... Looks like the first few were turned down from something. Doc's Barrel ID Guide

I was going to say #9 looked like Raptor threads, but it might actually be Sterling.

Edit: Beaten by flyweightnate.

I'm tempted on one of the twisters just for novelty. Although they could be used for cheating; chrono with the ports full open so you can shoot hot by closing the ports.

Now see I thought it was an F1 Illustrator barrel. I had an Illustrator barrel that was brass lined.

Yeah, They're not the known / standard VM barrel thread. That has a shorter end and coarser threads. Years ago when I got them I tried to identify them. Someone had mentioned a very early VM with a different thread pattern and said that it might be that.

They're definently oddball. Out of the 200 or so old J&J barrels these are the only ones I've never been able to positively identify. It's even possible that they're miscuts or never fit anything that was made.

PS... replying to PMs

If anyone has any interest in the Stingray 1 barrels or the Tigershark barrel (could be modified and used on a Stingray 2) make me an offer!
