I hoe this is the right section for this post...

I am thinking about making a run of carbon fiber sight rings and want to see what kind of interest there might be before I order tubing. This would be a small run, but I could always make more depending on interest. So, if I can make and sell these for $12 to $15 shipped would anyone be interested? I can make them from 4 different types of tubing, see the picture below. I'd like to know I can sell at least three before I order the material.

The tubes I can get are:
sanded fabric (top in pic; same as the DeadlyWind barrels)
cello-wrapped fabric (typical woven carbon fiber look)
cellophane wrapped uni (similar to a CCM barrel)
sanded uni-directional (bottom in pic; plain black)




Before anyone asks, I've done similar work before. I sold a handful of carbon stockclass feed tubes. As far as I know, everyone is still happy with them... :P

Will these CF sights work on a standard dovetail rail and not phantom only? I'm hating the fact that my ghost sights do not work on anything but a phantom (though I'm semi-aware that you can mod them to fit?) If so, count me in for a cello wrapped one.

Do u still have feedtubes? Let me know, I'd want one to replace my crappy cut and one completely wrecked tube. I'll be honest, I'm more interested in an actual tube to replace my current rather then a ghost sight. I'll take what I can for this though.

i hate to dig up an old thread but i too am interested in the carbon feed tubes and ghost rings. if you wouldent mind quoting me a price for both shipped in the sanded fabric or the cello wrapped. thanks
