I'm in the business of making custom headbands. I started selling these locally and everyone seems to love them, so I'm going public. I finally have it down to a science once I figured out what worked the best. Every week I put up new headbands to be sold, or I do custom orders. So, here's my new little shop.

All of the headbands made from this point on have a stiff inside material to keep the shape of the headband. A NEW sweat absorbing material called Microban is built directly inside. It's an antimicrobial material that resists odor and stain causing bacteria!

do you have full pictures of the head band.. most importantly what rides against your forehead. Not sure about others here, but I am pretty darn picky about that in a head band. The look of it isn't nearly as important to me.

Yes and yes. Go to the TechPB thread I have listed, and I take pictures of every single headband I make. The terry cloth is on the inside, and you can add extra padding if you want it. I think I put one that's extra padded on page 6.
