| Team Long Stroke | Type R Parts?
Anyone know where I can get a replacement solenoid for my Type R? I'm pretty sure it's blown from over-pressurization. Thanks!

it should be fine with ne o-rings in the noid, it's a very simple design. there should be three (or two, can't rightly remember) o-rings on the solenoid shaft. While the Type-R is a relatively cheaply made marker, the solenoid design is actually quite robust. Have you tried blowing some oil into the LP hose, this was how we used to oil the Type-r and wrath noids back when.

The T1 used a different type of solenoid (standard 5v humphries, and not the one Damon offers) ... the Type-R uses a noid similar to the diablo wrath marker (9V clapper actuated spring valve)

I managed to get the noid out, and indeed there are supposed to be 3 rings, and one of them was torn to bits. Would O-ring monkey have these in stock or should I look elsewhere?

honestly don't know, never had to replace one, sold it before I had any o-ring issues. There was a thread on Peanut Butter that I think had the size. Or, try PM-ing MondMor, Jim might remember the correct size. IIRC they may have been a metric size (which should be able to be had from a hydraulics shop). these guys might be kind enough to tell you Welcome! about all I could find other wise.

If you get desperate a standard humphries can be made to fit and will work just as well. just takes some creative fitment. Never did it on my Type-R but I did get my Wrath working on one for a time before ASP started carrying wrath solenoids a while back. They are essentially the same marker (Wrath/Type-R) and some parts can be made to cross fit.

I know this is old but I will answer the question. The orings on the type r and other noids of the same type are shocker membrane orings so if you order that kit from oring monkey. You will be set
