Evil Omen - Not firing properly.

I hope this is the correct catagory / thread build.

Hey guys, I have an evil omen. I finally tweaked it and got it firing but when I load paint, it seems to load a ball every other time it fires.

Example: Trigger pull ball fires, trigger pull no ball, trigger pull ball fires.

Any ideas on what's going on, I didn't see any adjustments on the loading arm. Or is this something that I need to adjust the pressure in the gun, if so what should I be running at psi wise?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Probably would have gotten more help in the Ask the experts section but this is a good spot too.

In the manual (Find it in the manuals section here) there are instructions on adjusting the recock pressure. I would start there, sounds like the bolt isn't moving back far enough to load consistently.

You have two flapper "arms" the long narrow one goes inside and the shorter one has to have the tab facing up.

The arms are the yellow levers that push the ball into the chamber, one is shorter than the other. It causes problems putting them in backwards.

Thanks. I think I may be good on parts. Just haven't had time to mess with it. But if I need something I'll look you up.

i think greenmtnphantom is right, the recock pressure can effect the feeding system, if theres not enough pressure, the bolt will not propell fully forward and therefore will not activate the cam arms to feed in another round.
