U.S.A. Patriot help...

I ran across a Patriot body in an old pile of junk a few years back, and didn't know what it was... I've still got it, and I'll be getting 3 more former rentals that aren't in working condition from a lot I just purchased...

So, does anyone know anything about them? VintageRex gave me a bare minumum of information (Semi-auto, C/A, .68 caliber, all things I'd already guessed) and I'm hoping to be able to scrounge at least one working marker out the 3 (and one body) that I have...
