We cut the cord too, have been doing so even further as the years go on. Unfortunate rural DSL is super expensive, and just internet costs me 90 bucks, but its about 200-250 a month here if you have tv/phone!!

One of the recent cord cutters. Internet only. Took a few days to get used to the new setup, but I don't miss tv at all. Also went with Roku to access my Netflix and Amazon Prime. Down the road I may add Hulu if I ever feel the need, but seems unlikely at this point.

I didn't like Hulu when I tried it a while back. I was paying... to watch commercials. Just seemed stupid.
Roku has a lot of free apps / stations. Download Pluto.

Tons of free channels and movies.

I hate that there are people out there only paying this much for internet. Internet only from Spectrum here in WNY is $65/mo.

I would have only had internet, but the wife wanted TV, especially for our daughter. So nature channels, amc, hbo, cartoon network etc.

Paying around $113 a month I think for cable/internet (fastest possible fios)/phone.

The crappies thing about cable is that the whole reason that paying for TV came out was to not have to watch commercials. So why are we paying for cable and still watching tons of commercials?

What do you lose out on when you go from Hulu premium to regular Hulu? I watch one show that's a Hulu exclusive (Difficult People), but other then that it's a waste.

I might launch Netflix as well, I haven't watched anything on Netflix for a few months.

Really PS Vue has everything I watch. It's amazing, once you cut the cord you find there's just an overwhelming amount of stuff with Amazon Prime, Hulu, Netflix, and streaming TV services that you start to cut the cord on cord cutting services. So it ends up being even cheaper.

Cut the cord 5-6 years ago other than internet and have not regretted it one bit.

We cut the cord a couple of weeks ago and went to internet only with Comcast. We use Netflix, Hulu and Youtube mostly. We're thinking about a firestick for Christmas.

What I really need to do now is get a modem and wifi router to replace the old one I'm renting for $10 a month. Does anyone know a decent affordable setup that works with Comcast internet?
