Rush's Clockwork Angles.
Their last couple of albums were disappointing. From what I have heard from this album it should be very good. Going back to the 70's and doing a concept album.

Im always up for a new Maynard Keenan album, doesnt matter the band really. SOD wouldnt be terrible either but Im not even sure what happened with the 'we may get back together' thing. Im also always up for another Mushroomhead album, but really after Jmann left, the band has been incomplete and sounded wrong.
Also Gorillaz, so long as they put the whole damn band back in it.
If it takes a lot more than rage and muscle, you clearly are not using enough of either.

Honestly I think all of the bands/artists listed so far in this thread are finished their best work and can leave it at that... many of them I'm a fan of. Artists I expect to hear more from: Arcade Fire, Deadmau5, Crystal Castles, The National, Feed Me, Glitch Mob, Spoon, Muse, TVOTR, Justice (COME ON), Black Keys, Skrillex, Ugress, Nero, and Puscifer (or some other new work from Maynard in no time).

Gama Bomb's new album "New Wave of Irish Ripping Metal". I really liked the first three albums. And I am interested to hear if they have changed their sound any with the addition of the new Rhythm Guitarist.
For the many that do not know it's a upbeat/comedic Thrash Crossover band. My best example is the song "Final Fight"..
Here's a link if anyone cares.
