Amon Amarth "Father of the Wolf" (OFFICIAL VIDEO) - YouTube

For some reason I cannot get into Crytopsy. I do not know what it is. I have the same issues with Aborted. They both have all the elements I like, but it just does not work for me.

I have been listening to Sinister lately. I am glad my brother found them. Honestly the only problem with them is that they sound too much like other bands lol. Every Death Metal fan I have showed them to it turns into a conversation of what they sound like. Even the youtube page is like that.

If anybody is trying to find new music these two bands are must listens to imo.

I want Benighted to become popular enough to do a US tour so I gotta spread them every where I can lol.

They are a kick *** band. I find them really unique as I have yet to find another band with a similar sound. Hopefully they will start becoming more and more popular. They finally had a regular us store release with their newest album Carnivore Sublime.

Lately I'm obsessed with a band that I'm not sure they even exist anymore and they don't have many albums. DROID is the name. I love it. Sort of along the lines of meshugga. Which I like.
Another band I listen to frequently especially since they are from my home town is Trapped Under Ice. They are more of a sort of punky /death metal sound. Very gritty which is awesome.

Was anyone else upset that Dave brockie died? Thrash I know. But still. I grew up on gwar. Glad they are forging ahead though. I couldn't make it to the gwarbq to send Dave off which I'm very upset about. But what can I do.
