| Active Member Join Date: Oct 2006 | Quick change for P-12? I bought a sheridan p-12 a little while ago, and as I'm sure many of you know, the stock CO2 changer takes a long time to unscrew. I was just wondering if anyone knew where I could get a quick changer for it and about how much it would cost. Thanks |

There's always a few 12g quick changers for sale, I think around 10 bucks or so. edit: here's one http://cgi.ebay.com/Sheridan-Paintba...QQcmdZViewItem the seller, ron-asp, has sold lots of stuff to people on this forum He's a stand-up guy, and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him. I got my changer from him.

They do however give you something more to grab a hold of, making it easier, which does end up shaving off a bit of time. I have had a couple, and they are worth picking up and keeping one around, since they're easier to swap between sheridans than the alternatives.. For the true quick changes (2-3 turns): http://palmer-pursuit.com (online catalog>misc parts>sheridan/crossman) http://mad-customs.com/products.htm Mad-customs ones are a bit cheaper ($26-$29 as opposed to $35), but I'm not sure if Mad is up and taking orders or not. I've only had a Palmers one, so I don't know how Mad's quality stacks up, but I plan on getting one from him for my latest PGP. I don't think I've ever seen just a used quick changer sold without being attached to a hunk of brass.
