Nelspots/Splatmasters

One day, I want to own one or both of those markers. I had enough trouble finding 3357 seals and parts, so I want to know in advance. Are seals and common replacement parts still available for these markers?

I think the only soft part on a Nelson that might be hard to find is some of the seals for pierce pins depending on what you have. I know that I've hat two dropouts that I couldn't find them fore. Other than that everything should be able to be found at CCI.

I own a splatty also but have never tired changing a seal in it so I couldn't tell you if those are hard to find.

Nelson parts are pretty readily available. Splatmaster parts not so much..but they also sell for 30-40 bucks, so if you need to buy a parts gun you're not exactly breaking the bank.

You will have a much easier time finding replacement (and upgrade) parts for nelspots/007. The parts for splatmasters may be harder to find and you may have to buy broken guns just to get the parts.

EDIT: DAmmit Mayvik... posted seconds before me.

I hate having markers you cant buy/easily make parts for. Like if my FA's cupseal goes I am SOL until I find the dwindling supply of Prolite parts.

Another good example of a $30 parts gun though!

Where can you find a $30 Prolite? I know prolites arent expensive, but I dont want to buy a $60 Prolite, just to steal the cupseal then never use the stupid thing again. I like making all of my markers work.

Look in the BST or ebay. Ex rental beaters come up for 30-40 bucks fairly often.
