Born on dates will of be no help if the paint is not transported,( temp control) stored or handled correctly.

Still be nice to know what has been stored correctly in a temperature controlled facility for the least amt of time.

And what has sat in my "local" pb store stacked in the center of the room with the men that say "we flip the boxes every day" the shortest.

I want that crap to come strait from RPS factory onto my porch and then immediately through my barrel onto someones mask.

It's hard too with the born on dates due to location. Procaps coming from Canada and being shipped. RPS being made down the street from me in Clearwater Florida, Blue Arc was in Largo Florida too. RPS does have somewhat of a born on date, the lot number on the box either being stamped or printed on each box will help out. I called RPS directly a couple of times to see how old the paint was. They'll tell you.

As for buying online, paintball-discounters I dealt with a couple of times. It's hit or miss with them. Plus shipping and PBD isn't held responsible if the paint comes all beat to hell. Try supporting your local stores, good luck.

PBGear.com, seems to have good prices on paint, order over $100 worth and get free shipping. Great for me because they're in Nothern Illinois and I'm in Southern Illinois. firstcallpaintball.com usually seems to have some paint on sale, evil midevil is only $35/case there (on sale I think) and it's $50 at pbgear.com.

More like too close for comfort.
