new to the sport

hey guys, been lurking on here for a bit getting a lot of tech answered figured it was time to register.

bought a few tippmanns on ebay recently, having some good fun

played w/ some pump brass eagles and slingshots in highschool
these a5s are little more advanced.......

anyways im in north central pa if anyones close.

not familiar w/ the milsim, online i see a few fields close...one in milton one up above horseheads.
yeah the bst is sweet, would like to get my hands on some earlier tippmanns like an f/a....
and the old brass sheridans are cool i hadnt ever seen that sort of stuff before mcarter

Welcome aboard.
Mil-Sim is just a style of play, and Tippmanns are a good way to go if that's what you like. The F/A is kinda rare and a finicky beast at best, but the older prolites & carbines are still around (even the occasional SMG or 68 special).
Personally, I prefer the brass.

But there's a lot of crossover, use what is comfortable to You and don't get hung up on trying to "look" like something just because.

If you have tech problems along the way, this is a great board to ask.
A lot of members have a lot of information they are willing to share.

yeah the bst is bad. w/ paypal just a click of the button.....
have quite a collection of tippmanns started
man i love these procarbs i think a lot better than my a5s
