"Bolt" for a Bolt Action Nelson

I may be picking up a Razorback soon and wanted to do a bolt-action build. My question, is where can I find a bolt pin similar to a real rifle's pin threaded to go into the bolt of the marker?

I considered that then remembered I have no tools and woodcraft has always been more of a strong suit than metalworking.

The problem with those is I don't have threading/tapping tools to make them compatible to attach to a nelson-style bolt. Suggestions on finding ones that are the correct threading?

Posted in Rainman's section since I heard he's decently local to me. Anyone else who could do this for pretty cheap?
