This makes me want to buy a new Proflex lens... I have been playing with a cracked lens for two weeks now.

I don't know what the stats are, but I can guarantee you that there are far, far more eye injuries occurring at golf courses than paintball fields. Golf courses in general are very negligent when it comes to safety, in my opinion.

Definitely stinks. It's enough to make me consider safety glasses being on full time when masks are off.
i felt the same way when i first read it

i think it was an episode of survivorman where a tribe taught him to use blow darts? then the tribe warned him to never shoot directly up because you'll instinctively try to see if you made the mark. i think they said someone did it and kept looking to see if he hit the target and the dart fell down and blinded his eye. i think they said the guy later did it again to his other eye...

I think both of those eye photos are surgically repairable by the right doctors in the right hospital. Torn retina, torn cornea, damaged lens all repairable.

Tartan is a great guy and handled it well

hell he was even calming the kid down that shot him.....

I carry this pic around and when a ref yells for the 4th time at a kid to keep his mask on
i pull him aside and show him the pic, and ask if he likes his eyes...... the looks i get are priceless....you bet your *** you wont see that kid even think about lifting it after that!
