At the Braveheart scenario last Saturday (Capital Combat Zone, Troy, NY), I ran with my Empire Sniper and 100 rd hopper. The only time I AT'ed all day was to provide covering fire for someone to complete a mission.
I've been playing for years, starting with a Splatmaster and/or BE Tigershark. Went to Tippmanns up through the X7C and then switched over to an Ego, although I have never been the "one case, one kill" kind of player. Last year, I used a buddy's T2 (kappy on here) for a while at a scenario and REALLY liked it. I picked up my Sniper last fall and, to be honest, haven't even aired up the Ego since then.
Pump makes paintball fun for me again. The first game I played with it was a two day scenario at Fort Knox Paintball last November. I had more elims than any opther game I can remember and I went through less than 500 rounds all weekend. I like the challenge and it has really Upgraded my game. It was funny to me on Saturday to see guys that were ramping, etc, duck and cover whenever one of us running pump woudl pop out.

Yeah I'm going to be the devils advocate, Some times I wish I had A/T. There has been times were I have panicked up close and missed shots, the ability to quickly fire a few shots while bunkering is a god send. That being said, 90% of the time it is not necessary. I defiantly don't think it should be used to a point were people are relying on large volumes of paint to get people out. Just my 2 cents

cover fire is the bane of paintball. Cover fire reduces paintball to an economic competition. Spray is spray whether it's AT or electro.
I'll pump for stock class but everyone else must also. If I'm playing vs whatever then it's 8 shot semi for me.

My pump has saved my day of having fun a few times. I'm not good at making sure my batteries are always fresh. In the early spring / late fall when it's still cold out, I've gone to the field and had frozen / dead batteries. It's frustrating for a second, then I pull out my T2 and Primo hopper setup and I'm good to go! No batteries, no worries.

At helps you not to shoot while the pump is back and make a mess of you hopper.
Sometimes I think that I should have a SC pump and a pistol as bunkering gun. I canīt hit anything with a pistol, and I canīt bunker more than one people with my phantom.
You're on an internet forum.
Every first post is a cry for attention.

I don't use it. Not for morale reasons. Just with Nelsons you risk short stroking it and brraking a ball
Not really worth the risk. Also kinda pointless when you use a 10 round feed tube
If you want to talk email me.
