Paintball Helmet?

I'm looking for a helmet that works well with this mask for my girlfriends delicate head. Any suggestions?

Something like that should fit. A few of the milsim guys in my area wear them with dye masks.

However, it should be noted that wearing a helmet is going to be really warm in combination with a mask. A mask with full head protection would probably be a better choice.
Also, unless there is a real need for hard shell head protection, she might do just as well to wear a padded head wrap, beanie, or watch cap with a little foam put in it.

My GF and I use an M88 style helmet, costs about $20 from our local shop and the shop will ship with a flat $5 shipping price.

Every person I have seen that wore a helmet had massive fogging issues. I would rather take one on the noggin every once in a while than run around the field not being able to see. Also gives you one more thing to have to fiddle with. Like one of the above posters mentioned, try a thick woolen cap or baseball cap turned backwards.

I have the Flex 8 Helmet.

I love it.

My buddy bought one, it pinched his nose, he gave it to me so I have a spare.

If you want ventilation and cooling get it. While its not as comfortable as the JT Flex 8 goggle its close.

Its actually the same exact frame - but the helmet makes the goggle a certain shape, whereas when you have the mask without the helmet the goggle conforms more to your face.

Having taking numerous hits to the helmet, and goggle - it rocks! The only down side in my book - its not made here. Then again, I don't think anyone is making masks here right now. (JT Assembled in Mexico) and Valken made in Canada.

Honestly, I'd suggest a turtle cap for head protection over a helmet or full head mask.
