Are there any really good paintball tactics guides out there

Are there any really good paintball tactics guides out there right now I just play from experience mainly because I haven’t found any good guides out there for actually playing the game about 99% of them seem to be about what mask of marker you should get.

Oh I fogot to mention I play just woodsball at the moment.

Woodsball strategies? I would recommend watching this scene from The Patriot.

Special ops paintball used to have a great page about woodsball tactics using flash animations with cartoons and play diagrams. I wish that was saved. But basically the idea of all the videos were that trading paint one for one with an enemy was lame and that you should try to break contact and try to flank your opponent for a clean shot angle. It also suggested never looking around the same corner twice in a row, and whenever possible to look around cover not over it. Hope that helps.

Yeah....I try not to trade paint too long with an opponent and use every oppurtunity to flank. But at the same time, try to be aware of your surroundings and who can see you.

Probably the most important aspect of any sport - Experience.

The reading doesn't mean jack sh*t if you don't go out and try it!
