Steak, with a side of whatever's fresh in the way of veggies and a good beer.

One of the fringe benefits of stock class, I can eat steak every week on the money I'm not spending on paint.

Yearly on my birthday I like to grill for the ref's & crew. I usually do grilled; shrimp & skinless chicken thighs, corn bread, cheesecake & alcohol.

Agreed. A large Wings and Things plus the bucket of sweet tea is utterly divine.

However I hop fields a ton. So whatever is close usually. But back in the day, when I had a home field, it was usually Wendys or Larry's Giant Subs.

Usually what I do is eat 2 bags of Quaker Instant Oatmeal and some grapes for breakfast, typically 2 hours before playing. Then, it's a 35-40 minute ride out to the field, during the ride out I usually chow down on a banana as well. I typically take a Turkey or Chicken (lunch meat) sandwich with a slice of cheese and mustard of some sort to eat during the day then before I leave, after I get every thing packed up, I sit in my truck (in the parking lot) and eat a pretty good salad consisting of; bagged salad, extra spinach, a whole pepper sliced up (Red, Yellow or Green bell pepper), some cucumber slices and usually some meat chunks (Turkey or Chicken). During the day of play I usually drink a 32 oz Gatorade and 2 16.9 oz bottles of water (1 Liter total).

Beer and Pupus (what we call appetizers over here)

We used to go to this grungy Strip club a little a ways from the field after we played. We would go in all dirty and order beers and Pupus. For the Honolulu locals on here wondering it was called "Dancers" and some of the ladies scared me. . . Some of them. Well after a few they did not look too bad. Man those beers would hit fast after being dehydrated all day.

808raoul - LOL! I don't know where Dancers is, but that's probably a good thing.

Teddy's Bigger Burgers for us. It's a burger joint started here in Hawaii that serves damned good cajun tots and killer burgers too boot!

On days people have bad days they often say, "I don't deserve Teddy's."

Ahhh Teddys! Good Choice. I just tried pastrami on my burger, awesome! I love their pineapple milk shake also, although I pay for it after (lactose intolerant) Everybody deserves Teddy's.

Dancers was on Sand Island Access Rd. They closed up.

Yay Hawai'i folks!

I love Teddy's, although this is making me wish Zippy's was closer to the field. The katsu saimin is my go to favorite
