my buds and I used to go out for hawaiian BBQ after. I think it was good, it definitely helped take the edge off the soreness.

I would definitely go for something liek steak & eggs and spinach.

Which might be an odd meal at the end of the day, but good nonetheless.

Chinese Buffet and a nap. BCAA's and protein aplenty (nevermind all the other unmacrofriendly ****), and an awesome opportunity for chitchat and banter.

For some reason my post game borderline ritual is a couple of deluxe bacon double cheese burgers from the BK Lounge, an order of fries and iced tea. Not sure why, but it always sets me right.

The best post game meals I've had have always been at MCB socal campouts at Poso Creek. There are some mean BBQ'ers in the mcb crew!

Eat whatever, lol. Paintball isn't really much of a workout. I place hydration as a priority especially here in Texas mid day heat but what I eat before and after I have never taken into consideration for paintball.
