Well,

I've been on XGST for about 4 years now I don't know if you have heard about us but we play alot and in several different games. You need to try and get the people that you want on the team to play in a game or two atleast. You seem that you have already done this so your best bet is to go to local events, be respectful, don't cheat, and remember that it's better to play with honesty and lose then to have a hollow win.

The structure of our team is 12 main starters (It use to be 10). We pay team dues that pay for food when we go to games (such as camp blanding on dec. 9). Really you should come out to a game this saturday with us I know it's short notice but Gator Paintball is having a game and they're always fun.

You could talk with our team captain Ryan about building up a team and getting what you want done. We are pretty well known in the scenario community. Teams that know us are XF, Devils Rejects(even though they cheat and do other things they know us), Kill'em'university, and plenty others that I can't think of right now.

I don't really know without a better description what you want done but if you want to talk with my captain meet up with us this weekend for a 24 hour scenario game at gator paintball (I don't know if registration is still open but it should be).

Well hey now, Tim has changed his ways he gives away about 20 guns each scenario. He was pretty bad at the scenarios at first but he's getting better and has gotten better and the games are now very good. You should come up sometime Titus I know that I haven't seen you in awhile up there and I'm talking four years. (just remember that a lot can change in four years) The games have fun missions also.

Just come up and support a local field their was some drama because people weren't allowed to use the nightvision but it brings the night game to a better equalness throughout.

So come on up Titus and Tommy and meet up with our team.

I do know that their will be atleast 40 people and thats just 2 teams ours and Kill'em'university and their are suppose to be atleast another 2 teams (and thats just designated teams!)

the #1 thing is this.......

dont worry about camo and getting the guns all milsim'd out and etc
find a good solid group of guys that everyone gets along and you can all go out
to the field and have a good game

as soon as you try to hit tactics and start pointing out that someones doing something wrong and etc it really sucks playing with ****ty attitudes,ive walked out of lots of teams because of that

everyone thinks that there should be one appointed boss,you all practice tactics,you have to all wear the same camo,and have positions and etc.....

just go out and play and have a good time,add some camo and milsim stuff to look good while doing it
