Thats a pretty good read over all =)

My team started with me and 2 others. Over the last few years we have swelled up to about 30 players with about 20 of which showing up for a scenario. Above all the advise on that site the one we stress is the Have FUN!

We like to win but so long as we are having FUN we could really care less.

Granted we are not your typical Scenareo team either. We have no contracts, Rules or real requirements other then Have fun and play fair.

Biggest peice of advice other then have Fun is that for each producers game you go to make sure every person on your team Knows the rules. Many Producers have similar rules while others have their own rules. Knowing what the specifics are before you get to the game will help ya'll out a ton. It helps avoid confusion and its also smart to print off a couple of copies of the Producers rules to keep at your campsite for quick reference.

Have Fun out there =)

Most players are based out of Citrus,Levy and Marion County....about 1 1/2 hours north of Tampa....I was asked through an email to join (this is a new, never formed team and I only know one player)and was told they have a paintball shop and acouple of small sponsors.....they plan to hit everthing that is possible in Florida.....they are looking to really be a stand up team...which will be hard considering most teams are wipers and most hosting field Refs are for the home team(s)....I know I'll probley catch some slack for that comment, but I have been to alot of scenarios and this seems to be the norm......

I wish there was a format that would have the home team ref....then the next scenario that home team refs....most cheating would not happen this way.....

It all depends on how serious you guys wanna be. From the above post, it sounds fairly serious, what with all the sponsors and such. Contracts? You might consider something like an oath.

The team I'm a part of is just for fun. Our members are spread out over a fairly wide area so it's hard to get everyone out but there's the usual core bunch of us that play. We just go out to have fun and, if necessary, to help out (RIP, marshalling, etc...).

It gets old really quick. I played for XF for a while with Chuck and the crew, playing for them and seeing all the realtime drama killed the thrill for me. I'd be willing to hop in and I have a few of my old team mates from scenario play that are itching for a new team. We'll talk about it more on saturday.

They tried this setup with tourney ball and all it did was create a 'backscratchers' club, as in if we let you cheat this week you had better let us next week. Just try to hit producers that have decent reffing. And it will quickly become apparent who those producers are.

And for some tips and such, there is always WorldofTB.com. He can be a bit abrasive sometimes, but he is well respected by alot of people, and he does know the in's and out's of teambuilding.

And I personally hope to see as many of you at the Dollack end of the year game in a few weeks, it should be fun.
