The Gen5 if your going to take care of it and keep it clean (can cause malfunction). There have been problems with clamshells cracking, but due to loose stock mounts, I picked up some rubber washers at the local hardware to combat the wiggle my gen5 has. And the mags arnt all that durable ( They are but the detent system leaves much to be desired). If you keep it clean and dont mind "taking it easy" go with the gen5. If you want rock solid, go with a ATS or Tac8/9. If you have any issues with any Rap4 gear, send me a PM.

How does Rap 4 respond to the issues of not being reliable and breaking down a lot. Has anyone with problems taken it up with Rap 4?

I am just a dealer, But I am a player first of all. Because I work for RAP4 doesnt mean I support them 100%. Honestly some of their product is crap. Just my opinion though.

I haven't tried any of the guns, but I've owned two of their vests and I'm impressed with them.

Haven't had too much luck with RAP4 stuff either. I do like the appearance, but everything on them just feels cheap. Poor grade of metal, cheap screws, didn't like the grip frame etc. Had some issues with paint breakage. Stock barrel I though was horriable; the only plus was they were reasonablly loud.

If your going the full milsim look, look into Opsgear stuff for the Tippmanns. Overall nice quailty stuff, a few issues here and there, but really expensive.
