It's very simple

1inch pvc

2 inch pvc and a shrinker thingy

holes in the 1 inch and inbetween put the sound material steel wool works

first I made was attached by tape

I'd type more in depth but I'm going through a very horrible week right now.

always experiment and just remember that your design is not ever perfect.

yes it can, it can be attached to anything with the modifying of the back

Steel wool is only really needed if its going to get burned up, and in our case, it isnt going to happen.
