I feel I should practice, but since I'm a recballer, and just play for the fun of it, I just make sure I know my guns inside and out, and shoot at whoever is shooting at me.

The best practice is playing with other people. And learning as you go from other players. Old timers/Old school players are full of good info and advise. (Listen To Them) when they tell you something. If someone gets you out, ask them how they got you. If you always get hit in the same part of the body (such as an elbow) then train yourself to tuck that part in better. If they see or hear you, ask them what you did wrong, what gave you away.
Shooting faster and snap shots will also get better the more you play. Try using your other hand to shoot in games when you see the oppertunity for it. Hold your gun with your other hand at home for a few minutes a day till you get use to the the feel and comfort of the gun and stance. Then shoot just air till you get the BPS up with both hands being equally fast. It comes in handy when you are be able to shoot with either hand I've gotten many kills just by switching up hands and shooting out the other side of a bunker, brush or tree.
And as always things get better with time, play as much as you can. Oh and read mags, websites, and talk to players on and off the field.
The best practice is Playing.

Your neighbors don't complain about the noise? PGPs are pretty loud.

If you are into speed ball. Here are a few tips from team Dynasty.

Dynasty Dysected Drill Thread - PbNation

There is also a drill I run with my guys to sharpen your snap shooting.

Set up 2 bunkers about 30 ft apart. In front of each bunker set up a few small targets(3 or 4 in a row about a foot or so apart).I use smaller water bottles. Now you run your snap shooting drill tring to shoot the others bottles(one shot at a time) before they can shoot you and vice versa..

The only practice I ever do would be once a while buying a few hundred paintballs and heading out to a clearing and just pick things off. It's a good way to get comfortable with the marker and see what kind of setup you like. I only play rec so...yeah.
