| Greetings, Ditto on the bad eyesight: If I lost my glasses, I could find my way home but it wouldn't be pretty..... I've had the best luck with Flex 7's or any of the other Spectra framed goggles. I liked Profilers but they are too short and didn't cover my chin enough. With the Spectras, the only thing that usually fogs is my glasses themselves. I have a couple of beaten to death JT fans for them that I just keep superglueing back together and using. They get great battery life if you remember to turn them off or they don't get turned on in your bag accidently, usually RIGHT before a big game.........um, yeah!

| I have found the Vforce Vantage Field model for $25 blows all these out for me I'm not cheap, it's just that I have relatively small glasses(more john lennon than aviator) and the fact that there isn't any stinking foam in these goggles. They seal to your face with a seal like a scuba mask and the curl of it that helps it seal goes inward, so only a relatively small area of skin shows. It has the same lens coatings and ventilation at the top as the Profilers with less peripheral vision, but peripheral vision doesn't do any good if you're nearsighted... I either see it with my glasses or I pretty much don't see it unless it's REALLY close. For my glasses I use a cheaper, just as effective version of the fogtech wipes from here: Top Brass, Inc. - See Clear" That come 16 wipes for $1.59, they haven't eaten the coating off my Vforces either, as I use them to wipe off spray after every game. ![]() EDIT: The Vents throat protector fits on there nice too!!! | I Am The Admin | The Vents actually stink for fogging. The mask doesn't fog, so in the end, the mask is great. But your glasses will fog first. Due to the lack of air movement. You NEED to have something with a fan. Basically anything JT that you can put one of their fans on works well for me. I also use wipes or sprays on top of it all to help combat fogging.

| MCB Member | Here are links to the mask fans that I've made for my own masks. The V Force ones were the easiest, only took about an hour soup to nuts... I used the JT mask again on Sunday, after a year and a half the fans are still working like a champ. VForce mask fans... JT mask fans with speed control

| I've been using VForce Morphs for quit a few years and love them. I spray the vforce lense and my glasses with the vforce anti fog spray and almost never have fogging issues. In the last 15+ years I have tried almost everything on the market and this is what I have had the best luck with. |

| Didn't JT used to sell actual eyeglass lense frames that would snap into their masks, so you wouldn't have to worry about how the mask fit around your frames? havent' seen those in years, though.

| MCB Member | They did but..who has them? heh. V force and Vents both were very low air circulation masks for me. It got hot inside, my breath was trapped and condensation would actually drip off the mask after heavy playing. The JT flex 7 breathes well enough that i doubt glasses will fog. I am not saying it is the largest mask so that glasses will fit easiest in it.. but it will actually work well with them because it doesnt get so hot. Also the use Fog Tech on your glasses will save them from fogging too. I am honestly sorry to reccomend a flex 7 because they are so ancient that I would normally be confident that some new mask is miles better. The flex's just work. A spectra (hard plastic) will work just as well..its otherwise the same as a flex 7. |
