| Is that sarcasm, does newspaper actually work? Seems like it would run the ink...

| Many optometrists have told me not to use paper when cleaning glass, as it will definitely leave tiny scratches. Auto owners also give the same advice when drying one's car, to not use newspaper. I rarely use paper products, only in desperation. It may just be a preference thing but microfiber + spraybottle h2o all the way. I'm going to try Plexus soon, have only heard good things about it. My lenses last a long time without needing replacement, and stay crystal clear. The hardest part is cleaning everything else! |

plastic, but it will not scratch glass. Most rocks won't scratch glass. For quick on-field cleaning, Cat Crap or Scope Dope (basically the same thing) works quite well. Especially when you don't have a spray bottle handy (and sometimes even if you do I prefer it). Either is about $5 from any sporting goods store.
