blackheart board on s.p. impulse

I'm new to the game,a friend gave me an impulse to get me started.
right now it is a little over my head, my latest issue is when I turn it on the board (blackheart) chirps but the blue led does not light up and the marker will not fire.

make sure it has paint in it and you are someplace safe to shoot it. The eyes may be keeping it from firing

up until yesterday it would click when you pulled the trigger with the eyes off.(no paint and no air )now the led does not light up and no clicking.

tried two different batteries,no change.

Try hitting it with a sledgehammer then get a different gun?

You spend a lot of time over at that other site don't you? Why not try to be helpful, or just not say anything at all?

I had an impulse too. maybe check to see if the trigger is bottoming out the microswitch. had it happen to me. What kind of trigger is is if you dont mind me asking? might help diagnose the problem.
